These two little girls, Gayle (with the Cherry Eye) and her sister Naomi came across my Facebook feed.
They are ten week old puppies that were on the euthanasia list for Wed Feb 6,2013. Well, little Gayle looks just like my Topaz that passed away 7 years ago…….
And no one was stepping up to adopt them…I could not believe it…….10 week old puppies going to be put to sleep?
And so I stepped up. I said I would adopt them. They have been saved from death and they have a temporary foster at the moment. The problem is that the puppies are in Texas and I am in California. There is a transport going from Texas to Loa Angeles in three weeks. The rescue group has set up a donation fund for the girls to cover the cost of vetting and transportation.
But last time I checked only $25.00 was donated.
So, I am reaching out to my WordPress community to please help if you can no matter how small the donation. All the money raised goes directly to the puppies for their vet fees and transportation.
I am thanking you all in advance for helping me to get my new babies out to me.

I don’t know how great I am—At the moment I think I may have lost my mind–but I just couldn’t let these two girls be put to sleep at only 10 weeks old. I am hoping enough gets raised for their transport from the rescue. I still have to pay for their surgeries on my own. But I am trusting the universe to provide for all of that.

Ok, you just made me cry but in a good way. I was feeling so lost about all this. People were not responding on the rescue site on facebook so I thought ok take it to wordpress. I am usually the one donating to help and not asking for help. Kind of had to let my pride slip a bit for these two. I have not even been making the minimum at work these past two months. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Good cry—-tears of happy but I don’t think my two cats or Missy will think I am an angel when the pups arrive. Surely, I have lost my mind…….

Paula, I just started crying when I read this. Oh my goodness I so wasn’t expecting anything like this at all. I don’t even know how to thank you. Everyone here on wordpress has been so amazing and generous. Grazile millie, mil gracias, merci beaucops, a million gazillion thank yous.
As soon as I get the girls I will post pictures. Truly my dear you are an angel in disguise.
