Hello everyone,
I haven’t really had time to do a proper post but I think I have to do some quick updates.
School started on Feb 5 for me. I am now enrolled in Music Theory 1, Piano 2 and commericial guitar. I am just skating by because I have not had much time to practice. My mom left the country on Feb 8, which leaves me all on my own to run my little party business.
And of course while all that is going on I have been in the process of adopting two rescue puppies.
These two little girls have guardian angels looking out for them and they are here on word press.
A big thank you to Alastair, Paula Reeves, Jenny (Mumsy), Paula of Sakauraandme and two anyomous who donated to the girls.
The girls are still in Texas waiting transport. There is supposed to be a transport from Texas to California at the end of Feb. Little Gayle with the cherry eye, who is getting renamed Maddy-short for Madison has gotten a doggie flu and she is on antibiotics so that may delay her getting spayed which may or may not affect transport. The girls do have a foster until they come out here. I am trying not to call Liz, the rescue worker every day because I know she has so many other dogs to help as well. So I am only calling her every other day as compared to everyday a few times a day as I had been doing until the girls were safe.
Needless to say with school, work and worry over the girls I have not had much sleep—dear God I have music theory at 8 am on Mon & Wed and I am so not a morning person.
And it appears that I have a tooth ache that does not want to go away. I hate the dentist–haven’t been in years but unless my mediation cd starts to work I may not be able to avoid the dentist much longer. I have been mastering the art of chewing on one side of my jaw–to do otherwise cause lots of pain. Of course I have some temp fixes like ora gel for teething babies–that soothes my gums a little bit. And Naproxium seems to work as well.
Ok when I do get back to regular blogging there a couple more awards to do, and I would like to blog about the Christmas Face Painting Cruise while I still have enough brain cells to remember what transpired.
OK must get back to work–the day is not done for me–actually it’s already the next day but I am still working.

Thank you also for the mention re the girls, I did what had to be done and I am SO glad they are yours 
Good on you for learning instruments, I always would have liked too, but in fairness probably wouldn’t have the dedication that is required. I know about tooth aches I am also experiencing one, I chipped a part of one of my bottom teeth near the nerve..so off to the dentist next Thursday (the dentist is my home away from home)… hmmm now there’s a post for me

so glad to hear from you Ivonne! It sounds like fun classes to me. I love to play the piano myself. Let us know when your babies arrive and get some sleep!!!!!

I’m sooo happy the puppies are coming your way! I so would be ringing all the time too! Kind of like an expecting mother! Lol They are just too cute! Hope you had a great weekend! hugs Paula xxx
