Happy Thanksgiving Ivonne! I made two raw vegan dishes last night — and they turned out to be flops! LOL! But my husband brought home a cheese-less eggplant platter for me from the caterers. I could definitely make a meal out of that! What are you having today?

Today I am taking an out of town friend (from Malyaisa)to my favorite vegan restaurant, Native Foods, for a traditional American thanksgiving but vegan style and then later on today I am off to my moms, where most likely I will have more pie!!!!!
